Job Situation
When I spoke to both parties involved the gave me different answer and he I contacted my union to advise them what management had said they said not is what was agreed the other day.
Therefore I still don't know what my overall job situation is? Therefore as you should now appreciate the stress is finally getting to me.
This has of course affected my working from home ideas. It will not stop me at the end of the day however the uncertainty of my job doesn't help.

Job Situation
Then on Tuesday a meeting with human resources to see if they can offer me a job somewhere in the whole company.
I could be walking with my head held high by the end of Tuesday or banging my head against a brick wall wondering what to do next.

What next in affiliate marketing
Affiliate marketing is all about building relationships. Anyone can do it you just sit at a computer type up a few ideas and bingo. Just working for 10-20 minutes a day you are already earning.
I don’t think it’s quite like that at all. I am a newb and I have been researching numerous sites etc. To gather as much information to make this affiliate/online marketing a real go.
I have found this article informative plus I’m sourcing information on guide books to affiliate marketing, link trackers, hit counters, auto responders and finally writing articles myself instead of using other peoples. Although a lot of the ones I do read are brilliant and informative.
However if I submit articles myself it will be seen hopefully by thousands of people, who will see my link at the bottom.
That first product is part of the relationship building process.
1. You’re not going to make a killing on the first product, you trying mainly to break even. That’s right, you read correctly. If you make profit off your first product, you’re doing extremely well. Your profit comes from your 2nd, 3rd, 4th and so on. But without the 1st, there is no 2nd, 3rd, and 4th. Work hard on the 1st, but expecting to at least break even will put you in the right mindset.
2. Make sure your first product is of good quality. Don’t just pick anything because you think it might make for some good cash in your pocket. Make sure it’s a good product because you’re setting the table for what can be expected of you. If your first product stinks, they’ll assume your next few will also.
3. Make sure your first product isn’t too expensive. Since this is an introductory product, you don’t want to introduce something that is a huge investment!
4. Giving them a reason to buy from you sweetens the deal. This is where bonuses come from. Find quality products, e-books, and special reports, whatever. Make sure it’s of good value to them and it works along side the first product. Search on the internet and you’ll easily find products and bonuses to give out.
If you’re marketing an e-book about improving your golf swing, don’t include a bonus on how to make a feature film on a shoe string budget! It should work hand in hand.
If you can’t find these products, you can always create your own bonus products. Creating an e-book or special report using the PDF format requires only time and patience.
There are several free PDF makers online, so you won’t have trouble doing a search for them. The problem with them is that they often have trouble handling website links. If you’re going to have links in your PDF, you’ll need something that can handle it. If you have Adobe Distiller 5.0 and above, this won’t be a problem for you, you can use that program.
Here is a site run by adobe, where you can create a PDF online.

A final idea for finding bonus products is to approach another online entrepreneur and work out a joint venture deal, where you two share interests and products. Make sure you have the joint venture idea planned out and then propose it. This makes it easier for the deal to happen, because then they simply only have to say yes.
To your success!

Where to from here?
I feel that a complete revamp is in order and that I need to look at multiple income streams. ie ebay selling, a betting consortium etc. Not I will start up on anything, just look at the bigger picture.
I feel more confident in relation to my job situation after I spoke to her the other day! However I still have not received anything in detail or written.
I found this snip it which is an interesting read.
Reaching the Turning Point in Affiliate Marketing
A lot of affiliate marketers reach a turning point in their careers where they move from making a little bit of money to making a sizable income from their marketing efforts. Jeff Mills joins Affiliate KB to talk about his turning point, how he uses video to increase his conversion by 400%, and the importance of meeting people who have already experienced success in marketing.

Job front and other thoughts
These are just notes and at the moment in no real great order.
Frustrations of a Newb
I have given myself 12 months to see if I can make any money as an Internet entrepreneur I am allowing myself four to six months of learning and working to start to making extra income. I am also not scared off by hard work.
I have signed up for clickbank and have decided what affiliate programs that I am going to promote.
So much so that I have signed up to promote multiple products and will possible add more and promote through blogs. Then along the way I will probably add a website or 2.
I have to promote my sites and get to people to purchase what is on offer. Through research I have learnt that I must relate to the products that I am promoting and also post regularly on the topic in my blog. The situation is I only have a certain budget and I regularly read that you should add/ recommend an email automatic responder, pay per click or whatever.
I am not frustrated as the moment through the lack of sales I am slowly getting the hits on my sites so the sales hopefully should follow.
As a newbie I know how discouraging it can be beginning your career in this business and seeing numerous ads stating I have earned $20,000 (£10,000) a month. I want to encourage everyone to continue in our endeavours.
.
The point I trying to make is there are numerous e-books, dvd’s etc to purchase to show how to be a success in this business. However they all cost money to purchase. Money that I really haven’t got. If I do decide to purchase x plan what if I decide it’s not for me. I have to sell it on and start again! It is a vicious circle.
There is so much information out there that you are able to purchaseat a cost. However as I have stated I am not made of money and what can I do to decipher if what is being promoted really works.
Allowing my present life situation remain at the status quo is a definite no starter. I want and need to grow as a person and also my income.
I have as I have stated a few blogs. You are can post comments if you wish in fact I would welcome them
I will not jump on every offer that comes available.

Holiday
There of course definitely been no changes on my job situation!
Although there is one piece of information that I have found since I have returned.
http://www.affiliatekb.com/article/717/turning-point.htmlhttp://www.affiliatekb.com/717index.html The more I talk to successful marketers and entrepreneurs, the more I hear that at some point these marketers had a “turning point”. Where they were first losing money on a regular basis, all of a sudden things turned around and they started to make money. What do you think caused your “turn around” and what was your first successful website?
The turning point for me was when I finally found a successful mentor who was willing to pour his knowledge into me. Most 'gurus' at the time, were just regurgitating something they read out of the latest e-book, but were not making the kind of income or using the strategies in their own businesses, therefore they were frauds. So I found someone who had built a sizable network marketing business and who was able to teach me how turn around and make the principles work for me. I learned the power of tele-coaching, which I had never heard of before. I would get on the phone with my mentor each Sunday and be able to ask questions and learn. Having a solid marketing mentor was the big turning point for me, and the moment my business went from negative cash flow to positive cash flow.
